Please note that all sum of money during checkout and refunds are based on an estimated conversion. Your bank will calculate the actual exchange rate for the final amount and will only differ slightly from the total stated in your cart due to rounding.
Return/Exchange/Refund Timeline
We offer a transparent and customer-friendly return/exchange/refund timeline. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the date of receiving the item(s).
You can request a return for eligible items within 7 to 15 days upon receipt, or within 90 days after the order was placed. Due to our products being sourced from different suppliers, this depends on the origin of the products.
- For orders placed with South Korean or Brazil sellers (i.e. items shipped from South Korea or Brazil): within 7 days from the date of receiving the items (subject to certain exceptions and special rules below);
- For orders placed with Poland, Italy, Turkey, Spain, or France sellers (i.e. items shipped from Poland, Italy, Turkey, Spain, or France): within 15 days from the date of receiving the items (subject to certain exceptions and special rules below); Whereas for orders placed with overseas sellers: within 90 days after order was placed.
We believe this timeframe strikes a balance between allowing you sufficient time to evaluate your purchase while also ensuring a fair policy for our business.
Detailed FIVE (5) steps to return and refund item:
Step 1: Navigate to your orders page: Account > Orders
Step 2: Tap the Returns button for the item you wish to return
Step 3: Select a reason for your return
Step 4: Upload photos/videos and describe the problem if needed
Step 5: Confirm and submit
Note: Download and print the return label, then return and ship the item(s) within 15 days of delivery. Once we’ve received and checked your returned item(s), we will issue a refund as soon as possible.
In some cases, a free return label will not be available, and you will pay a shipping fee first before returning the item. Once your order refund is issued, please contact us so that we can refund the shipping fee.
Who pays for return shipping?
- Return shipping is free on the 1st return for every order within 15 days of delivery.
- This return shipping fee is $5.68USD or the current equivalent amount in the currency used in the transaction. If there are additional charges for an oversized return package, the reimbursement will still be for the amount shown on the Returns/refunds page.
- If there is a free return label for an order that you haven’t used, at the same time, you raise another return request for the same order, then you need to pay for the return shipping fee for the new application.
When will I receive my refund?
Refund timeline: typically within 14 business days after we’ve issued the refund (in some cases, 20 business days depending on your location and bank processing).
Acceptable Item Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, including all tags and packaging (if applicable). Please note that certain items may have specific conditions for return due to their nature, and these conditions will be clearly communicated on the product
page.
Refund and Shipping Charges
We understand the importance of transparent and fair refund and shipping charges. Our policy aims to be reasonable. We offer flat-rate shipping on returns, which means you won’t have to worry about additional shipping costs when returning items.
For refunds, we offer the following options:
Replacement/Exchange: We’ll replace the item with a different size, color, or a better quality item as per your preference, subject to availability.
Money Refund: We’ll return the cost of the item to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Full Refund: If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll issue a full refund.
Partial Refund: In some cases, a partial refund may be provided if only part of the order is returned.
Line-Item Refund: For items that are part of a larger order, we may issue a refund for the specific item returned.
My Wallet: We can issue an instantaneous refund to your Amustav My Wallet account for you to use on future purchases.
Items Eligible for Refund/Return/Exchange
While we strive to accommodate such requests, please note that not all items on our website are eligible for exchange, refund, or return. The following categories of products are generally not eligible for the same:
- Products with Expiration Dates: Items with a limited shelf life or an expiration date.
- Hygiene-Sensitive Products: Items that come into direct contact with the body, such as used underwear, earrings, or makeup.
- Custom/Personalized Products: Items that have been specifically customized or personalized for the customer.
- Products Sold as Part of Sets/Bundles: Items sold as part of a set or bundle, where individual items may not be eligible for exchange
Is there anything I can’t return?
Most items are eligible for returns if you’re not happy. However, there are some categories or situations where returns are not allowed:

Customized products | Products that you have personally customised before or after delivery. |
Important things to note:
- Please use the return address listed on the return/refund page, not the address of the original sender.
- Pack the return item(s) carefully and make sure you haven’t accidentally included personal belongings in the return package. Items in the package cannot be sent back.
- Your original shipping fee is only reimbursed if all the items of an order are returned.
- If your return package has a height, width or length greater than 100 cm or is over 20 kg, please wait for Amustav’s email after your return request has been submitted.
